Astra Sailing has three schedules to choose from:

Many Schoolers and Homeschoolers get started at Astra Sailing on the Spring – Fall Late Afternoon Sailing Program. If your son or daughter is looking for some fun extroversion, after a day of classroom education then this is the program for them. Have them bring their swimsuits and come with us for splashing and playing in the sun while on this fun-filled program. Learning to sail in sunny Florida with other kids is a real treat as well as an adventure in competence in handling the physical universe. The sailing program runs from 3:00pm to 5:30 PM and we pick up from most local schools at 3:00pm. After Sailing, parent pick up time is between 5:30 – 6:00 PM.

For Homeschoolers we have the full afternoon organizational and sail-training-arts program. Being part of an uptone group of kids is a must for those doing homeschooling. This program gives homeschoolers a great balance of extroversion to their Home Study Programs. The program runs from 1200 noon to 5:30pm and all programs have limited local transportation available.

Some kids find out fast about Astra's great academics programs delivering First Grade through High School, with an excellent balance of classroom and extroversion, and sign up for the all day program. Astra students study for part of the day and spend a part running the sailing academy as well as getting sail-training, industrial arts and fine arts.
